Debra Spellings
Debra has been a licensed agent since 1984, with over 25 years in employee benefits service and sales, including seven years as a regional sales manager for The Traveler Plan Administrators a division of The Travelers Insurance Co., and eleven years in claims investigation and resolution with both third-party administrators and insurance carriers. Her special focus since 1988 has been partially self-funded / administrative services-only employee benefit plans. Debra's primary responsibility is to provide advisory services to the client, and she is the client's main contact for any issue related to the benefits program.

Debra has also been highly involved in the on-going health care reform debate at both the national and state level. During the 103rd Congress of the United States (1994) she acted as a Special Advisor to the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU), and in 1995 she was invited to testify on pending legislation before the Texas State Senate. Debra was also active on the board of the Austin Association of Health Underwriters (AAHU) for six years and served as president for the 93-94 term.

Kyle Humphries
Kyle has over fifteen years of national and international computer industry experience in marketing communications, product marketing, and business development for companies such as Novell, Pervasive Software, Motorola and Dell.  In 1995, Kyle began applying his marketing and computer experience to the insurance industry.  Kyle is responsible for our marketing programs and communications, as well as the operations of the agency, which include accounting and finance functions, conducting employee surveys and analyzing results, and troubleshooting computer or network issues, and everything related to data and databases.  Basically, he keeps us up and running and moving forward.

Tracy Spellings
Tracy joined our firm in 2003 as a Sales Rep.  Tracy brings over 22 years of self-employed business experience to his new position.  His background has been in the restaruant, agricultural and chemical industries.  These positions have given him a broad range of skills, which include employee management, inventory control, financing and livestock operations.  His background has prepared him to view small employer issues from a unique perspective.  Tracy is committed to working for his clients by securing the best options available, reviewing the pricing and making recommedations based on the clients' needs.

Tracy's Background

All staff members, hold a Group I Life & Health / HMO Insurance license with the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) and are qualified to help your employees understand their health benefits program and resolve claims issues.  We also maintain Errors and Omissions insurance for the agency.
